To make spicy white cabbage, start by shredding a head of white cabbage and placing it in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and a generous amount of red pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste. Pour the spicy mayonnaise mixture over the shredded cabbage and toss until the cabbage is evenly coated. Let the spicy white cabbage sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Enjoy as a side dish or topping for tacos or sandwiches! **
